This house has two different houses on the property. The Beach House and the Guest House with a private courtyard between.

The Beach House has many features:                                                 

1) High Speed Wireless Internet available.

2) Floor to ceiling windows facing the beach in the living room. 

3) A sliding glass door leading to a beach side patio covered in Mexican tile.

4) A Wood Burning Stove with a Gas Heater for those Winter Months. Wood is generally provided in the Winter.

5) The Living room and kitchen are tiled with a high quality 15" square tile.

6) The living room is furnished with Leather Sofas and Chairs. 

7) The entertainment center includes a 36" TV with Satellite programming and 13 movie channels. There is a DVD, MP3, and CD player in there as well. The house is stocked the entertainment center with more than 50+ DVD movies for all tastes and ages (there is an additional and different 50+ DVD's in the back house). In this same area is an assortment of paperbacks and also an assortment of music CD's.

8) All the tables are oak including the chairs and large dinning room table.

9) The kitchen is well stocked with sharp knives, silverware, a coffee maker, juicer, blender, Microwave, plenty of good pans, glasses, plates, and other utensils. Margarita glasses and plastic glasses are for the kids.

10) The furniture in each of the bedrooms is new and both are queen beds with special therapeutic mattresses for a good nights sleep. There is plenty of closet space and in each closet you will find extra blankets including electric blankets for those cold winter nights.

11) The Bathroom has been redone to include a large bathtub (rare in Mexico). The hot water is really hot so be careful.

The Guest House has many features:                                               

1) High Speed Wireless Internet available.

2) The guest house has no beach view but is a comfortable place to get away from the rest of your party.

3) This house is quite large for a couple, and great for a couple with one child. Another thought is it is a great house to put the kids in. It is nice to have a second and separate house on the property.

4) A Wood Burning Stove with a Gas Heater for those Winter Months. Wood is generally provided in the Winter.

5) The living room is nicely furnished with new Sofas and Chairs. 

6) The entertainment center includes a 36" TV with Satellite programming and 13 movie channels. There is a DVD, MP3, and CD player in there as well. The house is stocked the entertainment center with 50+ DVD movies for all tastes and ages. In this same area is an assortment of paperbacks and also an assortment of music CD's.

7) All the tables are Oak including the chairs and large dinning room table. There is also a nice island in the kitchen with four tall chairs.

8) The kitchen is well stocked with sharp knives, silverware, a coffee maker, juicer, blender, Microwave, plenty of good pans, glasses, plates, and other utensils. Margarita glasses and plastic glasses are for the kids.

9) There is new furniture in the bedroom and the bed is a large King bed with a special therapeutic mattress for a good nights sleep. There is plenty of closet space and in the closet you will find extra blankets including electric blankets for those cold winter nights.

10) The Bathroom has been redone to include a large bathtub (rare in Mexico). This house has it's own gas, electric, and water heater. So Showers or Baths in the front house will not run the hot water out. The hot water is really hot so be careful.

The The Renters Garage and Other Amenities:                                               

1) The Renters Garage has almost every Beach toy you could need.

    c) Several Skim Boards                              d) Fins for every size foot

    e) Several Beach Chairs (big and small)       f) Shade Units

    g) Beach Mats                                           h) Sand Toys

    i) Kid Boards                                             k) Volley Ball

    l) Paddle Ball                                             m) Assorted Balls (Soccer & Football, etc.)

2) There are also many board games, coloring books, clay, other toys for little ones.

3) Surf Poles with tackle on the ceiling.

4) A smoker type BBQ.

5) Two small ping pong tables.

6) Air Hockey table.

7) A washer and dryer for your use.

8) Beach Towels and other Beach items for our guests use.

9) There are numerous Lawn Chairs in the front of the house (Beach Patio)

10) There are several chairs on the deck on the roof as well.

11) The courtyard has a nice table with an umbrella and four chairs that rock back.

12) We are constantly adding to these toys and tools so additional things may be there for your use that have not been updated here.
