For our Guests: The Baja Experience is a comprehensive vacation rental company. We work closely with our Guests to enhance there stay in Punta Banda. We make our selves and Web Sites available to enhance there time in Punta Banda. In addition, we send a kit with a twenty page Area Guide, numerous flyers on opportunities to play, places to eat, and places to shop to help our guests plan their stay. We offer numerous Beach Houses with different sleeping configurations and price ranges for any Guest. |
| For our Homeowners:
The Baja Experience is a comprehensive vacation rental company. We work closely with Homeowners in the Punta Banda area to rent their homes. We manage their utilities where necessary, cleaning and preparing the house for rental, and a personal touch to teaching the renter about the home before they use it. We are Internet savvy and collect the rental money and deposits via the Internet prior to the stay and provide monthly statements and annual tax reporting.
